SunnySide Digital, a wholesale distributor and provider of services for HPC data centers and digital asset mining technology (SunnySide), has teamed up with Cryptech Solutions to launch Synteq Digital (Synteq).
Synteq Digital wants to grow its business in digital hardware wholesale and roll out new services. This will help it meet the demands of digital mining, HPC and other industries.
“We are very excited to create a new market participant by combining our respective teams, core values, and reputational cache to form Synteq,” Taras Kullyk is the CEO of Synteq. He was also founder and former CEO at SunnySide.
“This new entity will provide the scale and breadth of services to our enterprise and commercial scale clients and partners in the HPC & digital mining data center sectors. Our dynamic blend of leadership, technical strength, and a robust track record of execution experience will be pivotal as we continue to grow our new verticals,” He added.
Synteq Launches New Service
Synteq has launched a new range of services, including procurement, colocations and wholesalers for enterprise-focused products. GPU/HPC hardware; Just-In-Time (JIT) DataCenter consignment parts & supply; and an Enterprise Fleet Refresh Service Model, which includes cleaning, upgrading and repairing older digital mining hardware.
Joe Stefanelli (founder and president of Synteq and former CEO Cryptech) is hopeful that the new company will rapidly gain momentum worldwide with its expansion into new verticals.

Synteq and Bitmain’s deal
Synteq has announced that Bitmain Technologies, a China-based leader in Bitcoin miner production, will be one of the first new partners. Synteq is Bitmain’s sole distribution partner in the United States.
“It’s the first time that Bitmain is acknowledging partners in the industry,” Stefanelli, in an Interview with Bitcoin Magazine. “We’re the first company that’ll be a distributor — they call it a Hashrate Ambassador — for Bitmain.”

SunnySide and Cryptech joined forces due to the changing winds of digital mining and HPC.
