The Ethereum Protocol Fellow (EPF) program is designed to lower the barriers to entry for developers who are interested in working on core protocol. Piper Merriam (core developer and EPF creator), likes saying that the door is comically large open. EPF will help you to walk through the door.
Over the past two cohorts, one of the most frequent request we’ve received from applicants & participants was for better onboarding materials. Josh and Mario, coordinators of EPF, are proud to announce the launch the EPF Study Group (EPFsg), a 10-week education series that will serve as a prelude to the Ethereum Protocol Fellowship (the fifth cohort is coming 🔜). EPFsg is designed to guide the next The course will train the next generation of Ethereum Core developers, and give them a thorough understanding of Ethereum’s internal mechanics.
Bridging the Gap
Understanding the Ethereum Protocol is a complicated, but essential, endeavor. The study group aims to bridge the gap by offering a curriculum focused on all parts of the Ethereum stack & roadmap.
